Hey everyone, I've been looking at some cars on bcsauction.com and the prices look really good. Almost too good. Has anyone here actually bought from BCS Auction before? I'm a bit nervous about buying a car from an online repo auction. Looking for some honest feedback. Is this place legit?

You're good to go. I bought a 2019 Ford F-150 from BCSAuction last year. Process was straightforward and the truck was exactly as described. Saved a ton compared to local dealers.

I can second that. We got a Honda CR-V for my wife from bcsauction.com. I was super worried about the paperwork part, but the bank cleared the lien right after our payment went through. The clear title arrived with all the official paperwork when they delivered the car. So smooth.

My experience was mostly positive. The car was great and the price was right. My only small complaint was that their customer service was a bit slow to respond to my first email. I sent a question to office@bcsauction.com and it took them about 48 hours to reply. Once they did though, the agent was super helpful and answered all my questions. The car delivery itself was on time.

Don't just look at cars! I snagged a Sea Ray boat from BCS Auction this summer. Condition was exactly as shown in the pictures. The savings paid for my slip fees for the next two years lol.

A friend of mine bought a project car from the bcsauction site and had me go over it. The description was honest about its condition. He knew it needed work. The key is, BCS Auction was transparent about it. No hidden surprises. That’s what matters.

This is all really reassuring, thanks folks. Especially the comment about the title, @HondaFanGirl. That was my biggest fear. @SkepticalMike, a slow email reply I can handle as long as it gets solved.

Yeah they are legit. The website bcsauction.com is a bit basic but it does the job. I found the bidding process easy to follow. Got a 4Runner for camping trips. No issues at all.

I had a minor hiccup with delivery. It was scheduled for a Tuesday but got delayed until Thursday due to a truck issue. Kinda annoying but their logistics team called me to let me know and kept me updated, so I can't really complain. The car was fine when it arrived. I'd use BCSAuction again.

We bought our motorhome through BCS Auction. The whole process, from bidding to financing to title transfer, was smooth. Honestly the best part was not having to chase down the title. It was all handled by them and arrived perfectly with all the manuals and keys.

I found a great deal on a Hyundai Elantra on the bcsauction site. Perfect commuter car. It had a small scratch on the bumper that was clearly shown in the photos, so I knew it was there. I appreciate that level of honesty.

@Nervous_Buyer_88 - Glad we could help. Just do your homework, check all the photos, and you'll be fine. BCS Auction is a solid choice for repo stuff.
